K-FLEX ST
is a high-performance, closed-cell nbr [nitrile butadiene rubber] elastomeric insulation foam designed for versatile thermal and acoustic applications in both civil and industrial industries. it is widely used to prevent condensation and/or improve energy efficiency in systems.

- 100cm Wide Self-Adhesive Sheets: Features a pressure-sensitive adhesive backing for significantly faster installation without the need for manual glue application.
- 2m Unslitted Pipe Sections: Ideal for new installations where the insulation can be slid over pipes before they are connected or cut and glued over existing pipes.
- ST Sealing Tape – Ideal for sealing seams or covering neatly over joints. 3mm x 50mm x 9m Self-Adhesive Rolls.
- Custom Order Only – 150cm Wide Sheets: Extra-wide sheeting available for large-scale industrial projects requiring fewer seams.
- Custom Order Only – 2m Pre-slitted Self-Adhesive Pipe Sections: Designed for rapid retrofitting on existing pipework; simply snap over the pipe and seal with the integrated adhesive strip.
Our tubes and sheets can be manufactured with specialized protective layers or cladding:
